Whether you want to address specific health concerns, or improve your general wellbeing, your first step involves contacting Edible Health, by phone or e-mail.

Edible Health is very much about treating everyone as an individual, and therefore, you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire before the first consultation, giving as much information about your lifestyle and health concerns as possible.

The initial consultation will last approximately 1 hour, during which time we will agree a nutritional strategy, perhaps including additional testing and/or recommending supplements. The cost of any testing and supplements will be in addition to the cost of the consultation.

There is usually a follow-up consultation approximately 4-6 weeks afterwards to check progress and make any further changes to your diet, but this very much depends on each individual case.
